Certain terms used in this document have the meanings set forth in our TOU. These supplemental terms (the “Supplemental Terms of Use” or this “Supplemental TOU”) apply to our sites and services related to our travel and leisure sites and services and are incorporated into our TOU. If there is any conflict between this Supplemental TOU and our TOU, this Supplemental TOU will control. This Supplemental TOU does not apply to those sites and services that do not display or link to this Supplemental TOU, or that have their own supplemental terms of use. By using our sites and services, you are a “user” and you accept and agree to our TOU and this Supplemental TOU as a legal contract between you and us.
We cannot guarantee accuracy of claims made by third parties related to any travel experience, expertise, or knowledge posted to our sites. We encourage you to be responsible when engaging in any transaction in connection with our sites. We do not own or manage, nor can we contract for, any vacation rental property listed on our sites. We are not a party to any rental or other agreements made between users. We assume no responsibilities to verify property listings. You are encouraged to verify the accuracy of such listings and descriptions.
Internet Brands Travel & Leisure Group Communities Recurring Charges Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Recurring Charges:
By purchasing an annual membership with recurring billing, you agree to pay an initial fee and then a recurring renewal fee at the then-current recurring membership rate, and accept responsibility for all recurring charges, including any prices changes until you terminate your membership by contacting us at least 30 days in advance of the membership renewal date. All recurring payments will charged on the 1st of day of your renewal month each year.
Cancellations:
Unless stated otherwise on our websites, you are required to make your request in writing to Internet Brands Communities Group at least 30 days prior to your membership renewal date.
Refunds:
Once charged and paid, Annual Membership fees are NOT refundable.
Agreement Changes:
A 30-day notice will be posted for any changes made to this agreement.
