The following metrics have been compiled to meet our requirements under California law. The following metrics are for requests received from California residents between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023.
Deletion

Deletion requests may be denied in whole or in part for the following reasons: (1) the request was unverifiable, (2) the request was not made by a consumer, (3) the request called for information exempt from disclosure, (4) the request was denied on other grounds.
In some cases, deletion is not required under California Civil Code section 1798.145 or 1798.146. We have not denied any requests for these reasons as of December 31, 2023.
Opt-out requests
The metrics in the section below are for consumers who have requested to opt out of the sale or share of personal information that has been collected from that consumer on our websites, such as through a user account or a web form that the user has completed in order to request products and/or services.

We have also received requests to opt out of the sale or share of personal information for targeted advertising purposes through a user’s browser and device settings. These opt-outs are managed via the “Manage Preferences” or “Your Privacy Choices” link located in the footer of the website in which the consumer’s opt-out request relates. We also recognize and automatically read opt-out preference signals enabled in devices or internet browsers. These requests are processed automatically and are not denied.

Access request metrics compiled under this section apply to those Access requests where the consumer completed and signed a declaration form verifying their request. Consumers who did not complete and sign a declaration form verifying their request are not considered to have made an “Access Request.”
Requests to Limit Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about a consumer, as those terms are defined by applicable law.
